DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship worldwide to almost all countries. You will receive your shipment 1-2 weeks after the order is shipped. All orders are shipped out within 5 business days from the date of purchase.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Each one of our fine art prints takes approximately 3 to 5 business days to print and get ready to ship. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number from us so you can keep an eye on your order journey. Transit time can vary between 1 to 2 weeks, depending on your shipping address.

 

DO YOU INCLUDE ANY PAYMENT INFORMATION ON THE PACKAGE?

We know how Rabbibi photo prints make great gifts, so no, we do not include an invoice with your order just a packing slip. If you’re unsure of which image to choose for that special someone gift, we also offer Gift Cards. 

  

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

It's not always possible to modify a shipping address as orders go to print production as soon as your order get processed by our system. However, if you notice an address error, please email us ASAP with your name and order # so we can try to make a correction(s) to your package before it gets shipped. There's no guarantee we can make it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!

 

HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU ANSWER MY QUESTION?

We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and always try to respond as promptly as possible. We mostly reply within 24 hours of receiving a message or email. Our email address is info@rabbibi.com

 

WILL MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?

Depending on the size of your order you may receive separate packages that may possibly arrive a few days apart.

 

OUT OF STOCK/BACK-ORDERED ITEMS:

In the event that any of your items are out of stock, we will send you an email to let you know when we expect to have the items shipped out by. If the items are not expected to be restocked within 2 weeks, we will just automatically refund you for those items.

 

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?

We apologize that your shipment didn't arrive in perfect condition! Please contact us with your name and order number for further assistance. Every single print gets through a quality control process prior to getting shipped. However, it could happen that your order gets damaged while in transit. In that case, we will assist you to file a claim and gets reimbursed from the shipping company. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for details. 

 

WHAT DO I DO IF SOMETHING IS MISSING IN MY ORDER?
